What age groups do you cater to?
We provide care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, with age-appropriate programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. During the summer, we offer programming for school-age children.

What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30am AM to 5:00 PM.
We offer different childcare sessions for parents and caregivers to choose from, however accommodations can be made on a case by case basis:
Morning session: 8:30-12:30p
Afternoon session: 12:30-4:30p
Full day: 8:30-4:30p

How do you ensure the safety of the children?
We follow strict safety protocols, including secure entry and exit points, regular safety drills, background checks for all staff, and age-appropriate supervision.

What is your staff-to-child ratio?
We maintain a low staff-to-child ratio to ensure personalized attention. For example, our infant ratio is 1:4, toddlers 1:7, and preschoolers 1:10.

Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes, we offer nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day for breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies—please inform us during enrollment.

What is your curriculum like?
We utilize 1,2,3 Curriculum which focuses on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning, arts & crafts, storytelling, and outdoor activities.

How can I enroll my child?
You can enroll your child by filling out our online registration form or visiting our center for a tour. We recommend scheduling a visit to meet our staff and see the facilities.

What is your policy on discipline?
We use positive reinforcement and redirection to encourage appropriate behavior. Our goal is to foster a supportive environment where children learn to manage their emotions.

How do you communicate with parents?
We maintain open communication through live daily reports using ProCare, in person communication at pick-up and drop-off, and parent-teacher conferences. Parents are also welcome to reach out anytime.
